Workmanship on the vehicle is a 10 but I felt like they were giving me the runaround every time I called to get a status on my vehicle.

Drop off and pick up was great. Quick and painless. Unfortunately after getting home I notice that my bed cover frame was not installed properly it was crocked and the and off about an inch with the other side. And the tailgate top cover was not installed all the way it was left sticking up on the inside edge. I adjusted the inner tailgate panel to have it sit right and also adjusted the bed cover frame. And the only other thing I have noticed is my tailgate 3rd brake light seems to be intermittent now. Other than that service was great. Great job on the paint and body repair.

I was satisfied initially when I left the facility and customer service was wonderful. However on the left front around the tire area the piece needed more tape.. It has gaps in it and does not look smooth like the other side

I was really pleased when I saw the car repaired. It was brand new and never looked liked it was hit. Everything was in order. Cleaned , I was very happy.

Jennifer was at the front desk and I didn't know what to do. She listened to me and then called the opposing insurance co. She got everything worked out with them and I even talked with insurance co. and was happy about that. I did not have to worry about anything. Jennifer was fantastic. I did not have to wait long to get my car back. They do excellent work and the staff is respectful and helpful.
