I told the appraiser that I don't want open holes in the new front bumper because in miami just used the license plate in the rear and anyway they open de holes and put the front license plate support.

I have to say. I was pleased beyond compare. I am an adjuster and greatly appreciate great customer service when warranted. The staff was pleasant and efficient. I spent no more than 5 minutes in and out. No exageration. They almost made me forget that I was there because of the car accident. The work on the vehicle was as impeccable as the service.
