Was told my vehicle was ready for pickup, upon inspection multiple paint drips were found along with scratches from sanding could be seen in the base coat of paint. Was told they would take care of it and I would hear back before the weekend. Weekend came and went and do not get an update until Wednesday of the following week. Picking up the vehicle a second time, more paint drips were found on different areas. Overspray is on almost all black plastic trim and overspray is on interior parts of the trunk. An entire section of the bumper was not sanded and paint is rough to the touch. Writing was found on the side skirt and was not removed before delivery. Scratches are still in the base coat and were not addressed at all. Car was delivered absolutely filthy on the outside even though my insurance was charged for a “detail”. To top it all off there’s a nice greasy handprint on my headliner on the drivers side. Extremely dissatisfied and will make sure my insurance is aware of the issues since this shop is listed as one of their “premier” shops.

They did a great job on my car. They were very friendly and got things done quickly. I think they are a wonderful place and while I am hoping my car never needs anymore body work, if it did, I would go there again in a heartbeat.
