honestly, I would put a 15 as a rating if I could. From the second usaa told me they had wimps enroute it was nothing but an excellent experience. I nailed a deer, or more he nailed me, at 70 MPH and it literally totaled the front of my car at 11 pm on a weeknight after work. the tow truck driver called to make sure I was 1) ok.....2)not with the vehicle and 3) that I wanted it to go to wimps for repair. initially my insurance had me set to go to a place in Missoula that was USAA approved and I have to say, after talking both to the tow guy and Ellie in the office, I was completely ok with sending it to them instead. and that is what I did! there was no lack of communication, they talked to me and were constantly telling me where we were in the process. I was honestly completely shocked when I got the car back. there is absolutely no way you could tell that it had ever been touched. it honest to god looked better than it did before I nailed the deer. they even detailed it and washed it. I have zero bad things to say about them. they were fabulous. and while I hope I never hit another deer (although extremely unlikely) I would not have it go anywhere else. ever. Wimps has my loyalty now.
