Repair incomplete, still in process. Splash shield or similar missing from passenger rear wheel well, body panels not pinned to soak shield in both wheel wells. Shop response to this issue has been easy and positive, but will require follow-up visit. I have since noticed that paint on replaced components appears uneven when viewed in good lighting, and paint appears to have been applied to edges of black trim that should not be painted. I would have expected that new factory replacement parts would have been prefinished l, but perhaps painting is a typical step and the quality of the painting is just less than I expected. I have not yet alerted the shop to this issue.

Staff have been friendly, responsive, and helpful. They made interacting with car rental company easy. I would have preferred more proactive progress updates, but my questions about progress were answered promptly.

They did a standard job. Took them awhile but after we received our car, there was misalignment with the doors and many dirt spots on the damaged side that they had sanded on. I am a technician so I knew what to look for when it comes to great standard work on mechanic parts and I had to bring my car back for them to sand and paint it up better, twice, and fix the door alignments.

The guys are great but they did seem a bit annoyed after the two times we came back for the fixing. The first meeting was great, they were quick and efficient with explaining but after a few times meeting, the guys became short and seemed annoyed.

Wonderful service at Windy’s. I picked up my car and not only does my bumper look brand new but that car smells brand new and it looks like they cleaned up my floor mats from the Minnesota winter! If you need body work, bring your car to this hidden gem. The guys will take care of you.
