Total time for repair was very bad. Wrong parts delivered, damage not initially not seen, overall problems with assembly and more. Ceasar was the only good thing there.

AAA recommended I call Winners Circle for my repair of a sensor. They told me to bring my Lexus in right away and they could get the part ordered from Lexus. They also arranged for Uber to take me home while they ordered the part from Lexus. However, a few hours after I came home, I rec'd a call from Murphy, advising that Lexus would be delivering the part first thing the next morning and it would be ready later that day. My car was ready as he promised and they arranged for Uber to pick me up to get my car. The item was shown to me as repaired, the car was washed and delivered back to me in perfect order.

People were incredibly nice, but I had some trouble receiving updates. I was told that I would get a call either later that day or early the next morning and never received those calls. Every I update I received I had to call for. It wasn't a huge deal just a little frustrating to expect a call before the end of business on Friday for an update and not be able to reach out for the weekend when that call didn't come.
