1st they didn't change the tires, they used my spare tire to which it was totally different from the rest if the set since I bought a bigger tire set and a All terrain tires, then they made me come back the next day and put the exact All Terrain tire, but then my tire gage was showing in my dash board, and that's when I realized there was a bolt 🔩 puncturing one of my other tires, and they refuse to check on it since it was not making a hissing sound. But it was obvious that my tire was low on air. And my step bar has a big gap between the body and the edge of the step bar even after they tired to close it back together it will open again when I used the step bar. Just a poor workmanship. No accountability as to the management. I will never recommend this place.

Quality of repairs was very good.

Work was done fast and done well. The only negative was there was no phone call to discuss what work would be performed prior to it being done. It was done satisfactory but that was only luck. A previous shop recommended by AAA did not indicate they would do repairs properly so car was not left there. This could have been the same problem but it was not. The work was done without any discussion of what was found, so that is not ideal.

I was very impressed by the quality of work as well as the speed of my services. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday and picked it up on Friday of the same week. Everyone I dealt with was friendly knowledgeable and helpful. They made a stressful situation easy.

The experience was better than I expected plus they helped with picking me up and dropping me of fromtheir location to my home and vice Vera’s. Very Good and even with a delay that worked quickly and we’re very customer driven.
