The only suggestion would be to have better communication with your customer. My van was with you for 19 days and no one called to update me and the app link was never updated. I called 4 times and the 2 people I spoke with promised to call back and never did. Communication would have been helpful. The van looks great and works perfectly.

The van looks and works like new. The only suggestion would be for this company to have better communication with the client. Thier app was never updated, I never recieved a phone call to update and I had to follow up on my phone calls with them because they would promise to call me the next day and that didn't happen. This happened 4 times. They had my van for 19 days. It would have been nice for them to update me on the status of my vehicle especially since I never expected it to take 19 days to fix a door.

Unprofessional and did not deliver the guarantee of work as promised by my Insuance company Alstate, who recommended Winners Circle. You have choices, I would not recommend Winners Circle for your Auto repairs. Lance 8/24/2024
