I wad a little nervous leaving my car because I'm not really trusting of mechanics. I was also worried the paint would not match up to the rest of the car. It turned out GREAT! They replaced the suspension on the right front so it makes a little noise over bumps, but even when I called and mentioned it they said that I can always bring it in and they will take a look. Sydney was the person I mainly dealt with and she was friendly and informative. Great service.

When I did pick up my vehicle it would have been nice to have someone come out with me so we could check out the repairs and it would have been nice if the car was clean but it was all dusty so it was hard to tell the quality of work.

My repair took much longer than I was told. I received text messages that the repairs were just about done and I would be contacted if there were any delays. There were delays and I was not contacted. The 2 times I spoke to my contact person she said my car would be ready for pickup on days they weren't even open. The communication was terrible, the texts were pointless because they weren't accurate. I had to keep calling for updates anyway. The only good thing I can say is the 3rd time I called the gentleman on the phone worked it out to get my car ready before I had to go to work and actually called me back when he said he would, not like the contact person I had been working with.
