My wife Maureen told me how great the staffs were to her, they made her feel at ease from the moment she walked through the doors and I am so happy that you were able to take care of her and made her feel that comfortable while she did this for us while I was at work. If my wife is happy than I am happy. And they did an incredible job with our car, it's as if the accident never happened. I am a happy camper. This place really is a winner. 2 thumbs up!!

Sidney is very helpful and cool. She definitely knows how to interact to stressed clients after an accident. As to the repairs, they climed that most parts are OEM. Too early to tell yet on the craftmanship. I just need to go back because they missed to install the door protectors,

Customer service, c/o Sidney, is great. Craftmanship.. there are minor details that can be noted if youbrealky examine it. Example: cut of plastic protectors installed. Paint contrast with the installed bumper vs original paint of the fender tgat was not damaged is quite different. Thanks!

My experience was awesome with the shop. Everyone was friendly. My car was a completely different car upon pick up. Definitely runs a lot better and looks better. The only thing that caught me off guard was I was quoted a different out-of-pocket price over the phone and that price Increased at the time of pick up. The shop was sincere about the mixup, which was nice to hear.

When i first got there i didn't have very high expectations. I went inside the office and the customer service was great. A week later after getting my car back i was very impressed. Not only did they deliver on time but they also went above and beyond and fixed some extra cosmetic stuff outside of what needed to be repaired. I also was able to leave my car rental at their location and they did the drop off for me. Very convenient, fast, awesome service all around. Five stars!
