I’m not pleased at all, I brought my car back Friday complaining about the bumper install wrong I can put my 4 fingers under the truck and the repair guy trying to think I’m crazy, he said nothing was wrong I was tired of arguing with him so I took it to park place Mercedes Saturday and a representative looked at it and the bumper is installed improperly not lined up and the gap is not supposed to be there

I was rear ended at a stop light and my rear bumper took some damage. I brought the Vehicle to Winstead for repair. I received my car 2 or 3 weeks later which wasn't an issue because I have a spare vehicle to drive. On initial in inspection of my car, the bodywork and paint looks great so I drove the car home. The next day while I was driving home from work, I was informed by 2 different people that I had no tail lights or brake lights. When I got the car home I verified that there were no tail lights, brake lights, reverse light and license plate light. I called Winstead the following Monday and reported the issue and asked me to bring the car back to them. I will drop it off today to have them take a look. I have to say I was surprised to find all my lights were out as I figured that would be part of a checklist to perform when taking damage on a rear bumper. On a good note, the personnel at Winstead are very friendly and accommodating.
