It’s easy to give a 10 when everything is perfect. But the real test is a 10 when there are odd little things that pop up. The Civic decal was left in my visor and not placed on the car. My rear parking lights worked when I dropped off the car, but did not work when I got it back. George and the team took care of everything, no questions. Now THAT is superior customer service.
