It took almost a month to fix my car. When I got my car back, it was making a rattling noise that wasn’t happening before hand. During repair process, I was told the service department wasn’t that knowledgeable in rewiring the antenna, so that caused a considerable delay in getting my car back. At one point, I only had one contact person and that was great, but as time went on my account was handed off to other members of the dealership and it was like starting from scratch each time I talked to someone new. The entire experience was highly frustrating for me, and I will try to avoid using this dealership in the future.
