I was really surprised that no one checked my car to make sure all of the repairs had been done before I looked at it. The manager that walked me to the car to check it over acted as though it was all done. He was as surprised as I was that it wasn't, at the same time he wasn't looking at it too closely since I had to point out the areas that had not been completed. One of which was very obvious, scraped paint, etc and the other required the entire rear bumper be replaced.
