Consistent issues with quality, implementation and attention to details. Lacking in accountability, especially when responsibility for damage incurred while in possession rests with the company. Uses excuse after excuse of time lapses etc for lack of monetary credit due to customer which has happened on more than one occasion.

While the girls in the front office are very kind and considerate, it doesn’t change the fact that on a whole the customer service over all leaves much to be desired. I will say that with this one exception which, happened when I had my van in for work a week or so ago, they did call to inform me of additional findings and possible repairs which was very much appreciated. Lack of attention to detail required them to come back and get my van and correct yet another mistake, they also tried to “cover up” a less than stellar bumper fix at the same time.

When vehicle was returned to us, the mirrors weren't set or functioning, also seemed to have extra scratches on the passenger side door. Definitely on the passenger mirror. Also the driver side door didn't seal tight. Super disappointed, they came highly recommended but hasn't been a great experience. They are willing to try and fix the doo but the hassle of returning it and having to be car- less or coordinate a ride or something else is so frustrating.
