The staff, mechanics and techs all did wonderful working on and fixing my vehicle. Drives fine and looks great. We had one hiccup with the battery dying because the interior lights were left on. The check engine light finally turned off a week after I got the car back when I got the battery charged back up…Accidents happen (no pun intended). Other than that, everyone was kind and helpful. They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle too.

The positive mark is that after telling the towing department about my hassle getting home from spring break they made arrangements for me to get my vehicle after hours. I really appreciated that!!!

Communication was extremely scanty. I had to call to get any updates. So when you had my car for an extra two weeks, I had to call in to see what the new time schedule was. The extra time working on the car made it so I had to go to some extreme measures to accomplish spring break adventures too. So that was annoying. And it seems like the gas cover received damage (a chip in the paint) and was not fixed. The chip in the paint is right next to where the initial damage was. So that’s why it seems like it was done at the same time.
