Ginny made the repair of my vehicle his top priority. Though his shop was full with booked appointments, his professionalism and excellent customer secures a same day appointment AND secured my rental without hesitation. I knew I was in good hands as soon as I walked in. He was extremely thorough, thoughtful and very experienced. I left there knowing my car was at the best place it could be. I was given a very transparent date for repairs on my vehicle and was pleasantly surprised that it was finished well before the projected date. I picked her up today and my goodness, I couldn’t be more pleased, she was shining and looked just as beautiful as the day I bought it. 5 star service and care! Don’t take your car anywhere else if ever you find yourself in a bind. Ginny at Worcester Auto will make all you car repair wishes come true!

Everything about this experience with Worcester Auto Center was superlative. The work on the vehicle is beautiful. The coordination with the car rental saved me two trips to their facility. The digital progress app kept me in the picture throughout the repair. Gene, at the shop, was personable and made me feel part of the family at Worcester Auto Center. This entire experience could not have gone better!

The quality of the workmanship is first rate. The vehicle actually looks better that before the accident. The dealer has often commented on how immaculate it's been kept. I expect that the dealership staff will be surprised and pleased with its current state of finish.

This repair experience simply could not have been improved in any way. I am completely satisfied with the workmanship, with the professional attitude of the manager Gene, and with Worcester Auto's efforts in making my experience with this repair utterly satisfying. I anticipated a delay in getting my vehicle into the line for repair, but Worcester Auto took it in the day after I first visited the shop. Gene prepared me for delays in getting parts, but a day later, he had the parts in-house. He spoke to the car rental company and got me a vehicle gentle to my damaged back. My vehicle's progress was continually updated via text messaging, and before the week ended, I had the vehicle back, beautifully finished.
