Well the price was fair, and the Jeep came out looking great. I was advised that the passenger turn signal was not repairable, by the crew because I bought aftermarket parts and was ok with this. What I didn’t like is the turn signal and surrounding parts were all glued in place. I’m going to have to break glue seal to make repairs with qualified electrition. I would have like to have been told of the glue

As I indicated before, at 78 years old, this was my very first experience with car repair. My ill husband always handled this type of thing in the past. There was a new scratch on my car. I spoke to agent Jorge when I picked up my car. He told me that the manager will look at the video and get back to me the following week. No call back. Following week, I called and again left 2 message, and was told that the manager will call back that day. NO CALL back either. As today, 2 weeks after I got my car back, still no call back from World Autobody.
