I’m still waiting for the repair to be completed. The under engine splash shield was not put back on. That’s after 74 days in the shop. The work looks to be well done aside from the missing splash guard

The car looks brand new! I’m so happy with the workmanship as well as the friendly workers there. It took quite a while for ordered parts to arrive , but it wasn’t the fault of World auto body.

Five weeks to fix the car. Picked it up, drove home. The sensors in side mirrors not working. The sensors had just been replaced but clearly not programmed. Two more days to repair. Contact at World Auto Body screamed and yelled at me on phone and in his rant told me to not talk over him and then in his sheer moment of disgust hung up on me.

I am so impressed with World Auto Body Encinitas! My car looks brand new after World Auto Body replaced the broken taillight and the rear bumper after someone hit my parked car. I was so happy that I hugged the mechanic! Everyone that I interacted with was extremely professional and knowledgeable.
