Excellent quality work! However, they needed the car a few extra days, didn't call me to let me know without a follow up call from me and price was slightly higher than expected.

I was told my paint repair would take 4 days max. It took 10!

When I pointed out to your representative on picking up my vehicle that I was unhappy with how long it took to do the job, he never apologized, but tried to justify the 10 days - “appraiser didn’t work there anymore, not actually 10 days, you only count business days, etc.” Also, when I took my car in it was running perfectly. When I picked it up, it was running rough and the engine light came on. Coincidence??
