I'm bummed because this is close to my house and WAB usually has competitive prices and I've been going for years. This last experience was so incredibly disappointing.

Very poor communication. I understand delays but no communication at all. Waited and waited. Attitude from staff when checking on progress. Especially when World Auto Body was paid in advance!

Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and nice. When I picked up my car after repairs I was extremely surprised how fabulous it looked inside and outside.They even cleaned the inside of car and got a spot on front seat out! I would recommend World Auto Body to all my friends!

The car it self looks amazing, they did a fantastic work. But it supposed to be a one day work and they kept my car two weeks, I have to be calling them to make sure they would be on it. I wish they were more organized on that, but other than that they did a fantastic work on the car 🚙 it self
