The problem seems to have been with my insurance although I would have liked a phone call telling me there was an issue with the car policy before I had to find out on my own. I don’t feel this is the norm in any way and they worked hard to clear it up. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again and the work they did was beautiful.
