The bumper replaced with light-weight material and it was not matched the same model of my Toyota Prius 2017 bumper. World Auto Body should have inform me, before they Complete the work

The trim hasn’t been completed yet and I need to return in a week for them to finish the repairs on my car. I can comment more when the job is done. I do wish the car was finished when I picked it up so I don’t have to go back, or that they held my car a few days longer to allow the paint to dry and install the trim piece. Otherwise the service was good, especially the woman that checked me out in the office. She is superb and a great asset for this company.

The woman in the front office is superb and a great asset to your company. The only issue is that the estimated time for completion was not updated and my car was running behind schedule. I didn’t receive a call to update me or to schedule the trim installation.
