I would never recommend this shop to a single person under any circumstances.

They added 2495 miles to my car with no consent and they provided no valid reason as to why this was done. On top of that they took 57 days to complete the repair in my opinion none of those two problems I’ve had are professional for any type of service. Not only did they take way longer then they should have especially considering the fact that every single time I asked for an estimated time when they would be done they consistently pushed the date they told me it would be finished to the right but they also added about 2500 miles to my car without any explanation as to why they did this.

I’m unsatisfied with the customer service as they told me repeatedly that the date they provided to me as to when my car would be completed would be pushed to a later date. Not only that but the singular time they reached out to me was through email telling me that my car was completed. Not once did they call me and tell me that my car would be completed at a later date I had to reach out every single time I was told they were pushing the date to a later date.

They did a great job repairing the damage from a car accident. I also had them paint the cab roof of my truck. That work was done really good. The thing is that when reinstalling my camper top they did not push it flush with the cab; I was able to do that myself.

They had my car for a month, lack communication. I had to pay for repairs that I didn't approve and my mats in my car are missing. Plus they didn't finish the job

Jose was terrific. He worked directly with the insurance company without my involvement. In addition, the repairs were completely on a timely basis and I was kept informed as to the status of the repairs.

A minor fender bender took them almost a full month to be repair. Second when they told me the car was ready. I showed up for the car. And the car was fully repaired.i told them ima leave the car until it was fully done. Super inconvenient for me go back in fourth knowi g I do t got a car to get around .

The car looks good. There are some scratches left on the back door panels and license plate frame is still bent

The car looks good but when they said it would take about 3 and a half weeks to finish, it took them 7 weeks. The workers were friendly, but not good at updating me with delays as soon as they knew.
