They made two mistakes on my quote which caused my truck to have to be there for 2 1/2 weeks. Communication was never good including the very end when my truck was close to being done.

One Marco and I forget the woman’s name we’re very nice to me and tried really hard to explain what the process and what was going on. Unfortunately Geico insurance has been really waylaid with lots of phone calls in and took a while and so if things were delayed for that reason but I was pleased with the whole experience

The quality was great- the whole repair process seemed to take too long- may be an insurance issue, but it took a long time to get the car. Did have regular updates so that is good
