It was an easy process from beginning to end. By all visible signs the repair was done very well and on time. the individuals I spoke with at the shop were very professional and answered all of my questions in a timely manner.

When everything was finished my brother noticed a part was sticking out and they said they’ll order it and fix it for free but in the end still had to pay

Hi, Well in truth we were disappointed in the result of our repair. I found a scratch (down to the primer) on the driver-side front panel only after removing white overspray on the driver-side rear mudflap that extended to the driver-side rear tire. We received the 2012 Honda Civic days earlier than its estimated finished time of Aug. 15, but would rather the painter took the time to check his work and clean the overspray off the rubber mudflap snd tire. I took photos of the areas that I am emailing over to Angel tonight, before we bring the Honda back to your shop tomorrow morning at 9:30 a.m. We've always had great results from World Auto Body until now.
