Took almost 3 weeks. Never contacted for status updates until car was ready. Dash indicator light still showing issue with rear signal light.

Terrible service, no status updates. People answering the phone when I called for updates were blunt, hard to understand and generally sounded annoyed that I was calling. Giving a 2 because one employee was nice when I went to pickup my car.
