Estimate quote was given within 10 minutes on site by an estimator and was accurate to the final amount. I was able to bring my car in on my own schedule and they still finished the job within the estimated time. Amazing service that exceeded expectations in quality and accuracy.

You can tell that nobody test drove my car after they attempted to fix it. I emailed them and then called them about this and they just told me to bring it in again. I asked if I was safe to drive my car 2 hours with what they thought were bad wheel bearings and they said yeah no problem you should be fine. I called my insurance because this sounded weird and they set me up with something closer at a different body shop. Never heard back from world auto body.. would NEVER go here again. The wheel bearings should've been fixed before I drove 2.5 hours back home. Customer service was decently good until the last phone call when they acted as if I were the problem when asking if I were safe to drive the car that far.

Nice communication throughout process but it was just a guise over the crappy mechanic work. Y'all said you did an alignment on my car and you most definitely Did NOT did an alignment.
