Incredibly disappointed with this shop. TLDR: Poor communication and rude customer service people. Had my vehicle for 2x as long as originally promised. Had to take the vehicle back due to poor-quality work. Refused to provide me with estimate copies. Cost me hundreds of extra dollars of rental car charges. My vehicle was taken to World Compass after being stolen and significantly damaged. I experienced non-stop issues and frustration with WCC. 1. I received very little communication; they had my vehicle for over a month and I think they only reached out to me about 3 times out of a total of 10ish total calls. One one call, I was told I should have been getting text updates about my vehicle and they told me they'd make sure to get those set up for me right away - they never did. 2. WCC received my vehicle on 10/17. I was told it was ready on 11/5, but when I went to pick it up, they had not fixed my front or rear bumpers. When I questioned it, they said they weren't aware they needed to repair those. I later confirmed with State Farm that the bumpers were included on the principal damage report they provided to WCC, so it was WCC's failure to include the bumpers on the work order. Since the bumper repair wasn't started until 20 days AFTER they received the car, my car was not ready to be picked up until 11/18, adding 13 days to the time I had to rent a car. This meant that I incurred several hundred extra dollars worth of out-of-pocket costs due to WCC's mistake. When I tried to recover this from WCC, they refused to work with me. I don't just mean they refused to reimburse me, I mean they refused to work with me to the point of refusing to provide me copies of my estimates when I requested them. 3. Part of the work needed on the vehicle was detailing, as the thieves had trashed it and smoked marijuana in it and left marijuana paraphernalia in the vehicle. When I tried to pick up the vehicle on 11/18, after they had had it for over a month, the cleaning/detailing work was unbelievably disappointing. There was an ashtray full of ash left in the vehicle, so it still smelled like marijuana. They left broken glass in the back seat of the car. Rocks, including pieces of the brick used to break out the window, were still in the front of the vehicle. They had not done any cleaning on any upholstery. State Farm had to negotiate with them on my behalf to be able to take the vehicle back in and have it re-cleaned. Even after the re-cleaning, the vehicle was returned to me with a hazy, filmy substance all over the windshield and windows, which I had to clean myself. 4. Their overall customer service was disappointing. I interacted with Barbie on 11/5 about the bumpers not being fixed as well as on 11/20 about the vehicle needing to be re-cleaned; both times she was short-tempered and curt and very unpleasant. When I requested copies of my estimates, Gary and Mandy refused to provide them. To Mandy's credit, she was the only person in the shop who was apologetic and kind in her communication, despite still not being able to provide me with the requested documentation. The service I received did not at all represent a customer-focused business. Definitely would not recommend WCC in any capacity after my first experience.

Barbie and Mandy have been terrific. Barbie works with the insurance and Mandy does so much keeping in touch with the customer.

Repair took much longer than expected, due to an employee illness. Status reporting of repair could have been better.

They are friendly to deal with and did a great job. There was a delay from the original finish date, but they kept me aware. It didn't upset me at all. Highly recommend them.
