I wasn’t sure how the whole process was to take place for repairs so while at the dealership getting my oil changed I mentioned to them about the scratch and for them to contact you. However they had someone from the body shop for scratch come over and look at it. They gave a price of $600.00 and they would fill in the scratch and buff it out to blend in. So when I called they were on the list. It seems the place it was taken was excessive in what they needed to do. But in the end they did a good job. If I was to give my advice to a family member I would say get several estimates

When called to pick up vehicle after repair it was very dusty inside the vehicle. With dusty process of paint and body repair I don't understand why the windows had to be down while replacing front bumper. Also vehicle has overspray all over it. My vehicle did not require any painting so they must have been spraying a vehicle next to it.
