I was paying over $50 per day for a wheelchair rental van, which I let you know. I was told you would do everything you could to finish my car quickly. The supplement to my insurance was sent into USAA four days after I brought in my car. I called USAA 4 days after you sent in the supplement and was told it wasnât received. If I hadnât followed up myself, I have no idea when it would have been figured out. It is my understanding that there was no work being done on my van for about a week. This cost me close to $400.
