I had a great experience from beginning to end. As soon as we pulled up, my tow truck driver told me I was in good hands. He said they're good people and things always go super smooth whenever he drops cars off at Wreck o Mend. The staff was very helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to help me with the entire process of my car repairs. They sent me frequent updates. They even assisted me with the completion and submission of forms for my insurance claim. The repairs came out great, my car looked amazing! When I picked the car up, I noticed a minor issue that concerned me. When I brought it up to the staff, they immediately took action to resolve it. I highly recommend their services!

I have to say that I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I was really expecting a nightmare but it was not that at all. I dealt with Andrew who kept me updated throughout. He was really great! I really appreciated the daily update emails, it made me feel at ease. Thank you for making my car look brand new!!! I will definitely be recommending Wreck O Mend!

I would trust them with any repair. It was helpful that they are a partner with Allstate and Enterprise Auto Rental. I hope I won't ever need them again - but in case I do, there would be no hesitation

Work came out good. Few extra parts were replaced that were not damaged. Two parts were replaced by chinese parts from Autozone.
