The update through the email was very helpful. Good customer service. We've used Wreck O Mend in the past and we've never had a problem with them. We always get our cars back in excellent conditions like new cars.

Repairs took a little longer than expected. They told me my car was complete and when I arrived the car was incomplete. This kept me paying for a rental for 3 additional days. I asked my liberty mutual claims adjuster to see if she could work something out where they could wave the cost for the additional days and she never called me back.. other than that wreck O mends work was fantastic
