Wreck O Mend is such a professional place—it made my car repair experience completely seamless. After a recent accident, I contacted the other party’s insurance, and Wreck O Mend reached out to me right away. They let me know I could drop off my car at my convenience for an estimate. Once the estimate was complete, they informed me the repair would take about five days and kindly helped arrange a rental car. The rental company even picked me up directly from the repair shop, and when my car was ready, I was able to return the rental right there—no extra hassle. Highly recommend for their efficiency, professionalism, and excellent customer service!

Amazing work! There is no indicstion there was body damage to my vehicle. Owner and staff were pleasant and professional. Process was detailed, but not drawn out or inconvenient in any way. Work was complete on time with the added convenience of on site drop off of a loaner vehicle. Highly recommended establishment.

I’m very happy with repairs… I wish I would have been given the parts replaced to me rather than put in my trunk. Brakes were squealing 2 days after I picked up car. Seems to have gone away. I never had a chance to get back in but I did make a call about. No complaints.

Why were 2 door keys ordered and ONLY 1 Key FOB? The door keys Will NEVER be used, they are useless and can't be used to start the car. Please explain the reasoning behind them. Thanks
