Overall the work looks good except a small piece of the bumper that was not replaced but refurbished. Scratch marks are visible from the impact and black polish/paint is covering the blemish.

With my car being a Tesla and being so new, haven’t even had it a full year yet, I was nervous about getting it repaired by a shop that wasn’t a Tesla collision center but I appreciated that they ordered all the parts directly from Tesla (I’m sure there was no other option but it was a nice thing to know). They really did a good job, my car looks like nothing happened to it.

Homberto and Milton were both very helpful, Milton dealt with my calls up there and dealt with me stressed out and gave me info for the diminished value person I am using. And Homberto gave me everything I needed to submit the claim and also was great at explaining how everything works since my insurance company did the claim through them instead of the at fault insurance company. I appreciated it all!
