Wrectified team from the first phone call to the last was very professional, courteous and accommodating. Humberto and his colleagues kept me informed about the progress and Humberto even went out of his way to demonstrate on my car all the details of the repair process. I was also assisted in getting a car rental right away making the process easier as well. Wrectified customer center itself is very tastefully decorated in automotive theme, making you know that the owner and their team care about their customer experience .
