My Experience

From the moment I walked in the door at Wrens it was obvious that they would be the best staff to repair the damage on our car. Shea met me in the front office and she was kind, patient and informative. She contacted Shea, yes another Shea, and he was equally as awesome as he walked our car with me. He was clear and concise while also allowing me to ask any question about what we could expect. He then typed up our bid and along with the first Shea shared upcoming steps. They scheduled a time for us to bring in our car and assisted us in procuring a rental car. In a very stressful life event they made everything seem so easy. Every single day they had our car Shea communicated with me several times via text or phone call. She is incredible. Chelsea was also a great help to us. Shea always went the extra mile in communicating with the responsible insurance company. We picked up the car today and it looked brand new. We are so appreciative of the staff at Wren's Canton.

The staff was very friendly. Shae kept me updated on the progress twice a week she was very friendly and nice to work with. It was wonderfuk to be able to drop of the rental car and pick my car. The entire experience was made simple, thanks for the great service!

The Audi body repair was outstanding! Madeline was so responsive to all of our needs and was a wonderful liaison between the insurance company and rental car company! While the repair took longer than we expected due to some small glitches , she always responded quickly to our needs . We highly recommend Wren’s Collision.

My experience with Wren's was wonderful. Being in an accident caused by someone else and losing your car is never convenient, but they did their best to make the experience as good as it could be. After receiving sub-par repair pieces three times, they went the extra mile (without my input at all) to get new factory parts and ensure that my car was repaired up to their standards. With the level of communication provided, and realizing they truly cared about the end result, I could rest assured the job would ultimately turn out well regardless of how long it might take. All staff were courteous and helpful throughout.
