Wrens is the “Best” body shop you could find. From the time you walk in the door, their Customer Service is fantastic. I took our Ford expedition to them for a rear bumper repair. They kept us informed with updates and when the repairs would be completed. The work they did was Awesome at a very fair price. Five stars is not a high enough rating. Great shop to work with! Shea, Chelsea and Lee were Great!

Only reason for a 9 instead of a 10 is I think the guys in the back of the shop should have checked that the headlight was working properly after they did initial repairs before returning the car. But, they were very quick to repair/replace the light when I called back and they even waited late for me to get there after work. Excellent customer service.

Even though I had to return twice, the customer service was excellent. The repair guys waited for me to get off work which I really appreciated. The staff was all very kind and apologetic when I had to return after the initial repairs. Overall excellent experience even with two return trips to the shop.
