This will be the second time using wren's for my auto repair. Apparently my truck is a deer killing machine but they continue to put my truck back together returning it in better condition than when I dropped off. Very professional and did great at keeping me updating on the repair process. Team did a great job matching the paint. Thanks so much for returning my vehicle in a timely manner as well. Great job!! Hopefully I won't hit another deer I hope to not need them in the future but should I need them I will definitely use in future.

Your people are great at customer service. Madeline at your front desk, did a great job communicating with me and my insurance company. She did a great job dealing with the insurance company that was moving too slow and having the patience for them. Shay, your manager reached out to me.Help me, correct a few things and make some good decisions. It was actually a wonderful experience meeting all your people through the completion. I had a really easy and stress-free experience with this shop after my car accident. Everyone there was personable and friendly. They kept me updated frequently on the status of my car, which I really appreciated, and they let me know right away as soon as it was ready. I had a great experience at this repair shop! The staff were incredibly friendly and personable, keeping me updated throughout the entire process. They called to let me know when my car was expected to be ready and even notified me as soon as the repairs were finished which was earlier than I expected. I really appreciated their professionalism and how nice everyone was. My car looks great!
