Customer service and repairs were great. Only negative was communication. Got a text that the car was half way then another text 30 minutes later that the car was done and had to be picked up that day or I would be charged by insurance for any additional days with the rental. Had to rearrange my day to pick it up. Would have liked to plan for that.
