I am extremely disappointed with the service and overall experience I received from WT Auto Body. From the customer’s perspective, it felt like nobody cared about properly helping us or understanding the situation. The attitude we received was essentially, “We already got paid by the insurance company, so this is not our problem.” That is absolutely unacceptable customer service. This accident was clearly one incident, yet we were forced into dealing with two separate claims and paying duplicate deductibles. Instead of helping clarify the situation or assisting the customer, your staff repeatedly told us to “deal with State Farm” and showed no effort to support us through the process. The communication, attitude, and professionalism were extremely disappointing and frustrating. We left feeling ignored, disrespected, and taken advantage of. Because of this experience, I honestly do not feel comfortable recommending WT Auto Body to anyone. In fact, I will actively advise friends, family, and people around the State Farm network to avoid your shop and consider other repair facilities instead. Customers deserve transparency, professionalism, and basic respect — none of which we experienced here.

I would never recommend this shop to anyone. In fact, if people around me are considering using State Farm’s recommended repair shops, I will strongly tell them to avoid WT Auto Body at all costs. After this experience, I will do everything I can to warn others about the lack of professionalism, customer care, and accountability I experienced here.

The car paint color doesn't match either. A tool used to pull out plastic was in the driver's seat, and I got poked in the butt. It seems like you aren't maintaining it properly.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation was handled. I clearly explained from the beginning that there were two separate cases opened, and even the insurance agent confirmed that they would be merged into one claim. Despite this, your team showed no effort to consider the customer’s position and simply stated that there was nothing you could do because “State Farm instructed it this way.” At no point did I feel that you were trying to help or advocate for the customer. Instead, it felt like your company was only protecting its own interests. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer care has been very frustrating and disappointing. Because of this experience, I will do my best to discourage friends, family, and others around me from using your services in the future.
