They broke the Cambridge of my truck and they never told me anything until I told them that it was going to be 2 months already that they had my truck that I was going to go get it as it was then Analisa say go Friday then when I was on my way there she called me n said it wasn’t ready not to go until next day I barely got it on 3/13/24 they guy who gave me the truck said Ana was going to call me on Friday to let me know when to go back and today it’s 3/18/24 and I’m here still waiting on them to call me plus I was told by Julio that a mechanic they have was going to check my truck for an issue that I have with it but no one checked I’m very very disappointed with you guys and the personal stuff you guys have the two ladies dealing with my truck don’t know how to do it

When I picked up my car, I could have sworn it was like when I first bought it. Not only did they do an excellent job with the repairs they also did a 3D car care that made me a double take. It looked brand spanking new.

This was my first time at Xclusive Auto Collision and it was an amazing experience from beginning to end with my 2022 Kia K5. Marisol was most helpful throughout the whole process in keeping communication and breaking down everything with my insurance claim and time frame of the repairs and even with the parts being ordered. She really made the whole process stress free and easy. Thank you Marisol. The staff was fantastic as well. If I ever have a fender bender (hopefully not. Haha.) BUT, if I do, I am DEFINITELY coming back here. I am definitely going to recommend Xclusive Auto to my friends and family. Thank you again!

I became unhappy with my first adjuster when things began being delayed due to her lack of communication. Since we had a previous experience with Xclusive I was able to express my concerns and issues with our previous adjuster and she was able to get things moving and expedite me getting my vehicle.

I’m extremely happy with the work that was done and the advocacy with my insurance company to get it approved/get my deductible waived. The staff is also very friendly. My only issues were not feeling like the process was clarified well and the amount of time it took. I had a lot of questions along the way due to limited communication and had to continue to reach out for updates. My car was in the shop for over a month for a broken window which felt excessive. However, as I mentioned, they pushed for more repairs and did quality work so in the end, I’m very relieved and satisfied.
