Our goals are to provide excellent customer service and to assure that the repairs to your vehicle are done right the first time. We accept any and all insurance claims and offer a discounted rate on non-insurance work. We work for the client giving them a limited lifetime warranty on the materials and making sure that all expectations for their repair are met. We are an I-Car Gold Certified Facility.

This was the best experience I have ever had! Fast appointment they called Allstate and set up a rental car they gave me an estimated time right away and they were done a week early! My car was also detailed and so nice! They took a very frustrating experience and made it easy! I would recommend to everyone and will make a Facebook post! Their kindness, and helpfulness went above and beyond. Thank you!

If anyone needs a recommendation for accident/ body work I highly recommend Xclusive Collision. Fast, friendly and went above and beyond to help me. They called the insurance to help arrange a car rental and in 10min I was in and out with an estimated time of work and they were done a week early! The work was fantastic! I had a bad experience with the place on 105 and they fixed it wrong it took weeks and they didn’t do any work! Trust me the best place in Conroe area is Xclusive Collision!!!

Sand paper was left under the hood on top of the negative battery terminal, drivers door sags and is off center from the rest of the car, boot for the tire rod has a zip tie to hold it into place instead of a clamp, car does not seem like it was aligned properly as it veers to the right while driving and if I let go of the steering wheel. I have pictures to provide if needed.

I greatly appreciate the job well done for my repairs. The online updates from carwise did not accurately reflect my completion date so I was a little caught off guard that my car was not sent to calibration until the day AFTER the expected completion. Car wise gave the impression I would be contacted if there were delays and I was not contacted, I had to initiate it myself. The few times I was either contacted by a team member to answer questions, or when I contacted them myself for information I was given the expectation that I would receive a call with an update. I understand work can be busy, but it was a little disappointing when your team members say “we will call you at (x-time) “ and then I have to contact them myself because they did not reach out when they said they would. Other than that I appreciate the kindness and thoroughness of your team.
