They were so helpful! I was rear ended and my car was deemed a total loss (although only the back needed to be fixed, it was because I have an older car and the cost to fix it would be higher than the value). I received a payout and was able to pay to have my car fixed. They were communicative, helpful, and understanding of my budget the whole way through!
