I brought my car in to have a minor repair to the front bumper. The bumper just needed to be realigned so that there wasn’t a gap and the passenger side headlight and bumper. I was told that they were going to remove my bumper and install a new mount because they believe that’s what’s causing the misalignment. When I came and picked up my car I noticed that there was damage to the bumper that wasn’t there previously, the technician came out and said that he did not mess with that side. I replied you took off the bumper you had to mess with that side. He informed the lady that he did not remove the bumper that he just put on the new mount. I requested to see the old amount when the technician brought the old mount to show me. I quickly realized that the old mount was in fact do new mount and he never installed it. He then told the lady that he just removed the inner tire well and adjusted the bumper from there at this point. I was wondering why I was quoted to have my bumper removed and a new mountain installed when in fact, they did none of those things. they argue with me and called me a liar, even though I have photograph proof that the damage was not there and I have them on video admitting they did not remove the bumper nor did they install the new bracket I will be leaving a review for this company in the coming few days. more people need to know about the way this company treats their customers and I have it all in video for the world to see. Hopefully I can save someone else a headache that I had to go through and now I have to find a new shop to repair what they messed up.
