This is my second time using your services and I am completely happy with the result you guys deliver. My car looks beyond good. Your staff were wonderful and pleasant to work with. Robert provided me with a ride to Enterprise to get my rental car so I did have to stay and wait for them. Robert called me once a week to provide me updates on the progress of the repairs to my vehicle, which was great. The office manager is wonderful she's very knowledgeable about the repair business and insurance progress. I will use you guys again.

Worst experience as a customer of my entire life. Lied to about deadlines, never followed up with, had my car for almost two months for standard repair. No accountability or credit for shortcomings they admitted to in writing and on camera. Plan on reporting to the better business bureau.

1. All procedures were done in good time, esp. the repair itself! 2. All personnel, esp. Robert, were polite, professional and personable. 3. The repair on the car doors was exceptional! 4. The cost was very reasonable. My only complaint is with the payment method. I can understand not accepting checks but a 3% processing fee for using plastic seems excessive for being the only alternative other than cash.

Worst experience I ever had and will never refer or even think of going back to this place, lack of communication, my vehicle sat for 6 months no one touched it, I would call many times and get put on hold and it would hang up on me, the manger is very unprofessional, and they supposedly fixed my vehicle and I drove it off and it broke again! Worst company ever!

Excellent job. Very professional and easy to work with. Appreciate you having my car cleaned when I picked it up. Vehicle was ready ahead of schedule and appreciated the great attention to detail.
