I didn't have a problem until I wasn't called back. I can't refer someone to people that don't communicate. At this point, it's hit or miss

I called 2 weeks ago to let them know that nothing was done to the drivers side and asked why when we had talked to the guy about it in the beginning and he took pictures. I let them know that my cup holder disappeared which I know were all there when I took it in. I still haven't received a call back and I've called twice now. They keep telling me that the guy is out. 2 weeks!? Why can't anyone else help me? Why am I having to constantly worry and wonder why you all aren't calling me back but still keep sending me this request to tell you how you did and it was the last chance. We'll now I have to type a bad response because I still can't get anyone to answer me. So again, so i'm going to ask why none of the left side of my truck was worked on, my cup holder missing and I have scratches on the left side windows that wasn't caught. I also had to bring my truck back to the mid mo dents because the tint wasn't matched but he got that done ASAP. WHATS GOING ON!?
