I would tell them the work is great but I didn’t feel communication is very good.

The people working on my car did a great job it looks amazing! Can’t even tell we were in an accident. Why I didnt give a 10 is the lack of communication. We were told to bring the car in early to get an estimate and that way we could get the parts ordered a head of time. That did not happen. Parts were not ordered until we took the car in for repair. I had to keep reaching out and asking why the date was being pushed back. Up until the last week when Vicky was communicating with me 10/10 for her. I also had to call and make sure a part was ordered and it was indeed not ordered until I called. I feel communication is key when you have someone’s transportation and if the completion date is going to be changing a phone call needs to be made explaining why.
