My car went in several times for two seperate single repairs. On the first repair, the car sat several days and never got touched, so I picked it back up. I took it in again and they left swirl marks all over the areas that they repaired. So, then I had to take it in a third time to have the swirl marks removed. In the end, the car looked great, but it took 3 visits. On the second repair, I scheduled it several weeks out, and expected it to take a few days. It actually took closer to 2 weeks, and when I finally picked it up, they informed me that one of the parts still hadn't come in, so I would need to bring it back at a later date. I still have not heard from them about the needed part, and it has been over a week.
