I like that my car was waxed on the outside. However the initial estimate changed dramatically after insurance paid them a higher amount and they kept the extra money that could have been used for my rental.

Was told I would get money back after my repair and did not.. they switched their estimate after insurance paid out. So they made a extra $200 which I was suppose to get back and did not.. irritating because that was suppose to go towards the rental car.
